At Swryxellphulvol, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VigorGuard 5X. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection regulations.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return VigorGuard 5X products if the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product is in its original condition and has not been tampered with.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or have a broken seal.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow the storage instructions on the label.
- Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us at infocenter@swryxellphulvol.world within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Step 4: Provide us with the tracking number of the return shipment.
Please do not send returns without first contacting us, as we may not be able to process unsolicited returns.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
7. Damaged or Defective Products

- Your order number.
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Consumer Rights
9.1 New Zealand Consumers
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, consumers have statutory rights regarding the quality and fitness of products. Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes these rights. If a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this Return Policy.
9.2 European Union Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right of withdrawal is in addition to any rights provided under this Return Policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by way of a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
